CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments and to insure availability, we recommend scheduling your appointments as far in advance as possible. To accommodate your desired appointments, a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policy and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. If you need to make a cancellation/ reschedule for your appointment, you will need to inform us 24 hours before your appointment time. If you need to cancel/ reschedule anytime after 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged a 50% cancellation/ rebooking fee. You will not be allowed to schedule another appointment until this payment is filled. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service price.
